City Tours

Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center Concierge Desk Staff is available to help attendees with tours, restaurant reservations, and local attraction information. The Concierge desk at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center is located on the lobby level directly to the right of hotel registration. They also may be reached from guest room phones at extension 54340 or 301-965-4340. They are staffed Sunday-Thursday from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm and Friday-Saturday from 7:00am to 10:00 pm.
