To Make a Gaylord Reservation

Attendees MUST register for the conference before making a hotel reservation at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. Once you are registered, a link to the hotel will appear on the registration confirmation Web page, and will be included in the conference registration email from MRA Services. Upon request, MRA Services can resend the conference registration email with the hotel link. MRA Services may be contacted directly at 425.420.1680 between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm (PST) Monday through Friday, or by emailing attendees.info@mra-services.com.

To CANCEL Your Existing Gaylord Reservation

If you need to cancel your existing Gaylord reservations, you may do so here. You will need your Gaylord Resort confirmation number to access and cancel your existing reservation. Note, this link is only for existing reservations, you cannot make a new reservation from this link.

To MODIFY Your Existing Gaylord Reservation

If you need to modify your existing Gaylord reservation, please call the Gaylord directly at 301.965.4000 and a Gaylord reservations agent will you assist you. You will need your existing Gaylord Hotel reservation confirmation number.

Gaylord at NightGuest Room Rate

The 2012 conference rate for a standard room is $236.00 (single/double) per night and for an atrium view is $276.00 (single/double), plus applicable taxes.  This guest room rate includes a $15 per night resort fee (non-negotiable) that covers complimentary local and toll-free telephone calls for the first 20 minutes, in-room high-speed Internet access, daily newspaper, designated complimentary in-room beverages, and access to the fitness center. 

Deposit

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Cut-Off Date

Hotel reservations must be made by Friday, March 2, 2012 to be eligible for the conference group rate. After that date, the hotel will only honor the group rate if space permits.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations must be received 72 hours before arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee of the first night's room and tax, which will be charged to your credit card. (Please note also that the Gaylord National has a $50 early departure fee.)
