To accommodate our valued partners, we have blocked guest rooms at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center specifically for vendors.

Guest Room Rate

The 2012 conference rate for a standard room is $236 (single/double) per night and for an atrium view is $276 (single/double), plus applicable taxes. This guest room rate includes a $15 per night resort fee (non-negotiable), which covers complimentary local and toll-free telephone calls for the first 20 minutes, in-room high-speed Internet access, daily newspaper, designated complimentary in-room beverages, and access to the fitness center.
