Rates and Deadlines

The Datatel Users’ Group Governing Board provides DUG Conference attendees with two registration fee options—Early Bird and Regular.  

Early Bird Registration

Payment for Early Bird Conference registration MUST be received by February 20, 2012 to be eligible for the Early Bird rate. Otherwise the regular conference rate applies.

• If you are paying by check and you desire the Early Bird rate - your check MUST be received at the DUG collection office by February 20, 2012.  
• If you register online on the last Early Bird rate day, February 20, 2012, and you desire the Early Bird rate, you must pay be credit card to ensure that your payment is received that day.
• All registrations who payments are received after February 20, 2012, will be at the regular conference rate. 

Regular Registration

• Conference registrants whose payment is received AFTER February 20, 2012 will receive the regular conference rate.
• Full payment for registration MUST be received by April 1, 2012.  
• Any outstanding balance will be collected at the on-site registration desk in the form of check or credit card.  

Group Discounts

*NEW THIS YEAR - Three- and four-day institution group discounts for institutions that register more than nine members and/or affiliate members at the full conference rate.  Registrants beyond the first nine will be extended the institutional group discount.
