Welcome Reception — The Welcome Reception on Sunday evening kicks off  the conference. This social event provides an informal forum for colleagues to greet one another and mingle with exhibitors. No program is held. Refreshments include a full cash bar and a delicious assortment of food with portions large enough to be dinner. 
Promotion of your company: Your logo  will be featured on the event entry signage. Display your prepared media (i.e. PowerPoint, or flash) or special gobo lights during the event (finalized by show management). Feature your logo on the cocktail napkins. Receive two complimentary tickets for your “exhibit only staff” to attend. If co-sponsoring, your company logo will share a portion of the featured area.

Be True to Your School Party — Sponsor this special networking evening event that includes drinks, dancing and lively entertainment. Help sponsor a memory that forever will be associated with your organization. 
Promotion of your company: Your logo will be featured on the event entry signage and event giveaway. Display your prepared media (i.e. PowerPoint, or flash) or special gobo lights during the event (finalized by show management). Feature your logo on the cocktail napkins. Receive two complimentary tickets for your “exhibit only staff” to attend.

Cyber Lounge — Providing a cyber lounge for DUG Conference & Expo attendees enables them to check email while out of the office, print boarding passes, and maintain contact with their campus while traveling. This sponsorship is win-win for both DUG Conference attendees and the corporate sponsor.
Promotion of your company: Your logo will be featured on signage, and on the screen savers. Opportunity to use your company’s logoed mouse pads at a computer stations.
If co-sponsoring, your company logo will share a portion of the featured area.

Registration Package — Attendee tote bag, registration signage, registration packet insert. Promotion of your company: Your company name and logo will be featured on the registration tote bag given to all conference attendees. Prime visibility for your company is also ensured, because your logo is featured on a banner or signage atop the registration counter. This sponsorship offers your company the opportunity to include a flier or promotional product in the conference registration packet. All items subject to show management approval.  $15,900 
   
Corporate Presentation — Do you have a presentation that you know will benefit the attendees? This option gives your company a corporate presentation as part of the Partner Solutions Track. — LIMIT TWO  $  2,650 each
Full-Page Color Cover Ad in Conference Program Book — Attendees refer to this program book throughout the event by the attendees, and then again throughout the year as a reminder of their experience and learning at the conference. Take advantage of having your company’s ad on the inside front cover. $  2,250
Full-Page Black and White Ad in Conference Program Book — You create the message that you want to send to the conference attendees, and we’ll display it within our conference program book. $  1,250
Half-Page Black and White Ad in the Conference Program Book  You create the message that you want to send to the Conference attendees, and we’ll display it within our conference program book.   $     575
Additional Conference Registrations — You can register additional staff for full conference access. Full-conference registrations permit access to the exhibit hall and all sessions, conference events, and meals.  $     739
Conference Registration Packet Stuffers — Place your collateral or promotional product in the hands of all registered attendees. Your item(s) will be placed in every conference registration packet. All items subject to show management approval. — LIMIT TWO  $     650
Conference Attendee List — Promote your involvement at the DUG Conference & Expo with a direct mail piece to all registered attendees. Mailer content must be submitted to show management for approval. The attendee list is one-time use only, and is provided in an electronic format that excludes e-mail addresses.  $     650

Sponsorship Levels

Sponsorship levels are achieved by totaling the booth space and all other a la carte options selected. 

PLATINUM  Participation Level must equal $21,500
Platinum sponsors receive:
• Logo recognition on the DUG Conference website
• Logo recognition on the Datatel Users’ Group website
• Signage throughout the DUG Conference
• Inclusion in slide presentation at the Opening General Session
• Directory listing and logo in the conference program book
• Six full-conference registrations
• Unlimited registrations for Expo Hall only 
• Opportunity to display a banner in a high-traffic location (Placement to be determined by show management)
• Full-page color ad in the conference program book
• Sponsor ribbons for all sponsor representatives
• Electronic preconference registration list (excluding email addresses) and approval for one mailing
• One conference registration packet stuffer
• Opportunity to display your company's media (i.e. small PowerPoint presentation) on conference screens throughout the conference area (Placement to be determined by show management)

GOLD  Participation Level must equal $16,000
Gold sponsors receive:

• Inclusion in slide presentation at the Opening General Session
• Directory listing and logo in the conference program book 
• Four full-conference registrations
• Unlimited registrations for Expo Hall only

SILVER  Participation Level must equal $8,500
Silver sponsors receive:
