DUG Affiliate Members

  • Affiliate members are full-time consultants, contractors and employees of nonclient companies who are sponsored at the conference by a Datatel member institution. Affiliate Member registrations MUST be sponsored and processed through a Datatel client institution – no exceptions.
  • Affiliate Members MUST complete and submit an Affiliate Member Sponsorship Application, (see below). Registration is NOT complete until the application has been submitted. Forms can be emailed to conference@datatel-users.org or faxed to 703.968.4540.
  • Affiliate Members registering for the Sunday Executive Forum must be confirmed before registration will be considered complete.

Payment Methods

  • Credit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Check  - Please mail your check made payable to the Datatel Users' Group to the following address: 
    MRA Services, Inc.

  • Purchase orders will NOT be accepted.  

Cancellation Fee and Last Day to Cancel

  • Cancellation notices must be received in writing by MRA Services. You may fax your cancellation notice to 425.420.1690 or email attendees.info@mra-services.com. 
  • Registration cancellations received on, or before Monday, February 20, 2012 are eligible for a 50% refund less a $50 processing fee.
  • Cancellations after Monday, February 20, 2012 and conference no-shows are NOT eligible for a refund. 

Substitutions

Substitutions are permitted. Select the option to register as a substitute in step 4 of the registration process. You will need to obtain the registration confirmation number of the person for whom you are substituting. Your registration will be submitted and, upon approval of the original registrant, your substitute status will be complete. If your substitution request is not approved by the original registrant, you will have an option to pay or cancel your request.  

Companion Passes

The Datatel Users' Group is pleased to offer a companion pass for $179 that will provide a spouse or other companion of a DUG conference attendee with access to conference meals and evening social activities. One companion pass may be purchased by a full registrant. Companion passes do not provide access to DUG sessions. Access to DUG sessions are limited to full registrants. Employees of a Datatel client and client employees working as affiliate members or service providers of any kind may not attend using a companion pass. We appreciate your adherence to these guidelines when purchasing a companion pass. Companion passes are subject to the same Terms of Registration as full registrations.
