Restaurant Reservations

Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center Concierge Desk staff are available to help attendees with restaurant reservations and information on local attractions.

The Concierge Desk at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center is on the lobby level, directly to the right of hotel registration. The Concierge staff also can be reached from guest room phones at extension 54340 or by calling 301.965.4340.

The Concierge Desk is staffed Sundays through Thursdays from 7 am to 9:30 pm and Fridays and Saturdays from 7 am to 10 pm.

The concierges are connoisseurs of Gaylord National, the nearby National Harbor, and other surrounding areas. Guests may contact them for assistance with anything and everything including: Dining reservations, spa appointments, transportation arrangement, maps and brochures for the area, information on area museums and attractions, assistance in planning an itinerary (sightseeing, shopping, dining, etc.), directions, and assistance with special requests.
